Are You Learning Optimism?

The problem with pathological optimism is because the origination of that term from my wife was not a compliment. When you see these salespeople resilience isn't something that they're necessarily trained on, but over time what you see is that the people that think that at some point what they're doing is going to be fruitful, it actually yields those benefits. The only thing I'll say is that toxic positivity gets a lot of press these days.
