Do You Have Coved?

After being in the ice se you for three weeks due to covid, covid is a bad thing. Notice how very weak i've become. Lost the majority of my strength and muscle. But now i'm back with a reignited fire to become strong. Every week i intend to switch the number of sets and raps. The goals to be able to do easy strength again. I also walk at a slower pace for a few miles, just doing everything one step at a time. What do you think about what i'm doing? Do you have any other tips for me? You know, i would kind of, maybe separate the heavy hands out until you really do come back.
