A shift from type two X to type two is likely to be protective in the context of calcium, my relative to E-Gund and this kind of damage that we tend to see. I've heard this go both ways as people will say if you stop lifting weights and go do endurance work, you'll have all these fiber type shifting. And it just means that those particular fibers go to a little bit more protective. So they go from being less oxidative where when they get damaged, they're get highly damaged.
