What Is Heart Rate Variability?
Heart rate variability is essentially the time interval between our heart beats. The autonomic nervous system basically tells us how someone is adapting to the environmental demand. You can measure it using your garmen, you've also got all these things that are readily available on the market. So i'm thinking of utilizing our psychology, psychological t psychological processes to impactr physiology. A, and that's changing biological markers, i suppose.
