There's a difference between over communicating, which we would call a sin of co-mission. People leave organizations when they feel like they don't know what's important. If you're going to air on one side, air on that one, and air on the side of over communicating, let people tease you rather than have them say, yeah, I'm leaving because I never really felt like I knew what was going on.
