The consensus view, if I was to frame this as simply as we can, you're going to look out to 10 years, which seems forever away. But the hope and prayer of the market now is price up along with that to a really pretty significant total return. And again, if the Fed is able to see the inflation levels that the market expects at this point, it makes sense for the Fed to get towards a more neutral policy rate setting.
