Breaking Through the Denial
Amanda has not been in touch enough with her anger and sadness. She said that talking to her friend brought up some anger and sadness, which is actually a good thing. I don't have a lot of hope that he's going to learn from this. He might be on his best behavior for a little while in order to get her back. But he really needs to do everything that she says in that letter and consistently every day if he is really going to make true change.
