Using the Rest as Needed Idea
The idea here is that most of us, when given the natural break between one movement to the next, you're going to take maybe a few extra beats than you should. But if you can build the discipline into the structure of the workout that you go from one to the next to the next and then i rest, there's tremendous benefit in that. The activity is sustainable at a higher than comfortable pace. This is not a pace that i could hold for five, six, seven, ten riets. But when i have a littlebit of rest, i can hit it hard again and still maintain that output. So so that kind of stamin of work can be really usefulnd,
