The Importance of Recognition
When you're stepping onto this pyramid, the first thing you've got to tick off is money. And if you're at a job right and you're just not earning anything, you're earning below and in wage or whatever it might be. If you want to get them up to those higher levels, which we're going to speak about soon, you need to pay them enough so they're not just thinking about money the whole time. So recognition's a really big one here. It's not really hard to see if staff are engaged at what they're doing.
