Killing and Killian's Relationship

Killian and Emily moved to Norway so they could have some quiet time. They've been training together, even racing each other at a local half marathon. Killian has developed his own way of training for endurance mountain running. It's very different how you sort of approach the training for it. So I really think he hasn't just taken a road track running philosophy and then applied it to the mountains.
