The Importance of Mental Breaks After a Race
It's important not to race too much, I think, because then we're giving our body a very intense physical and mental stimulus that is hard to recover from. But it's the same time, racing too little, we're not going to be ready for everything that goes around planning and executing a race. The pre-race, just having to, you know, spend a night, maybe in a hotel, the logistics, it's something that needs to be practiced, I think. And also, this is also related to how often we race like the frequency.
