The Importance of Repetition Ranges in Managing Fatigue
The repetition range is going to make the biggest difference in that situation, I think, ultimately. Somewhere around five to eight reps is kind of looks to be. Even though everybody thinks that heavy loads cause central nervous system fatigue, they don't. If we can avoid those by using heavier loading, then essentially then we don't get to know that type of tea.
