I do the smile first thing in the morning and I pop out of bed with intention. Some mornings I get an out loud laugh because it's so ridiculous that I'm holding this smile. The other cool thing about the gratefulness is you can use it as manifestation. So somebody taught me early on that if I said people's names that I was beginning to develop a resentment towards in my morning prayers, those resentments started to melt.
