The Importance of Impermanence
The most challenging aspect of the Buddhist teaching is not particularly impermanence or Dukkha, it's the understanding of not self, of selflessness. Our whole lives have revolved around the sense of self, and of I am. And here the Buddha comes and says, that's just a mistaken understanding, that's a mistaken view. So he summed up this understanding in one phrase that is found very frequently in the discourses.
