I think this is really important to understand but I think somehow social media has tricked our brain Into thinking we're sort of in the same league with them This doesn't mean that we're not in thesame league in an objective sense What ends up happening is once these people enter our league for comparison then what's going on is we start comparing ourselves to them. And then that becomes unfair because they show us their real life.
