How Meditation Helped Me Deal With Stress

As a young person 22 three four years old trying to figure out who you are in the world what your identity is I had wrapped a lot of that up into the company that I was building and so my identity and the company's identity were very interwoven. So learning how to meditate helped me do It also gave me a mechanism for coping with stressSo I do that every day pretty uncompromising about it about three days a week I'll work out with a trainer in the morning He eats three meals a day almost never eat snacks snacks no snacks, he's not really a snacker and Coffee and water main forms of liquid going in his body just flat water. No sparkling I like
