The same diet is going to be different in you than in me because we have different genetics and we have a different environment. So what do we know about caloric restriction in humans in the context of aging biology? And again, this is always the case with human studies. But I would say on average it does seem to be the case that for many people, maybe most people, you can improve health by moderate caloric restriction.
