How to Be a Good Manager

Every new person you bring in says something about who you are. Getting these types of decisions right, interviewing well, hiring well, onboarding people well, I think it matters more for smaller companies than it does for some of those names in that book. And we make this part of the curriculum that we put managers through in our portfolio because of that reason. We want everyone to feel confident and competent in looking through all the people that they could hire.
