Gregg: I definitely think that there's a lot of people who feel like, i don't even know how to do this, so i'm stuck from the beginning. M and one of them certainly is going learning the best of what others no. But also then finding people who are highly competent in a particular area. My guess is is that it's so much who, not how, is a lot easier than at least in the moment we're making it feel.
