Exercising in the morning is ideal, but it's not practical for everybody. Can you exercise throughout the day to break up that stress cycle or does exercising in the morning allow you to not experience that stress as much? It can be simple things like doing 10 star jumps or it can be doing some gentle stretching. So things that are kind of getting the body moving, very much moving.
