The book is 480 pages long and details the science and practice of physical and emotional resilience. It's designed for my athlete people to find a menu of how to implement this in terms of their performance. The second half of the book is all the exercises that govern the four tools which are breathe, roll, move and non-sleep deep ruster, yoga nidra or diastasis recti.
