Caffeine and Sleep

The duration recommendations for naps are actually quite specific. We really want to be falling asleep within about or sleeping for about 20 minutes and that's in the case we call that a power nap. If you're really burning the candle at both ends, try a nap closer to 90 minutes of duration. Caffeine is a drug and it does have something called a half life that will stay in your system well beyond the time that you know, the period that you were consuming it.
