Qigong is one of the most effective mind-body health practices that we can do, says Michael Gell. It's also known as Prana or Shakti in India and Mojo or the Force in the West. Qigong isn't mysterious; it just happens to be the Chinese word for life force. And when you go one of my favorite simple examples is you go to the fish market. This is really down to earth. You don't pick out the fish that sort of looks brown and tired. No, you look for the fish with a glowing body.
