How to Make Your Tendon More Resilient to Handle More Training Load

The impossible question is how can we make our tendon more resilient to handle more training load? You can't speed it up, I don't think. The way that you make it more resilient is by loading it more and you will reach a peak capacity. In elite athletes, this is what we are talking about in terms of you have to progressively increase the load on the tendon. That can include number of times you load it until you will reached a point where the tendon puts its hand up and says I am really over my limit.
