"I wrote out a list of people who like, quote unquote, did me wrong or I was mad at," he says. "And then there was a little exercise about right about when someone hurt you and then, and then burn it." He adds that once you start to recognize that the anger that you have towards those people is only hurting you and not them, they don't know.
