I use a lot of blue light filters. I take time off Instagram and other like non necessary forms of screens. If I, if my concussion is so bad that I can't read, that's like threat level read. That's as bad as it gets. And luckily it doesn't get to that point any more. It starts with food in that if you are looking for one place to focus on that is going to have the most bang for your buck,. The most spillover into every other area of your life. At least that's what my whole 30 group right now in January is experiencing.
