I remember just feeling very insular, wanting to just be left alone. It felt you know my self-esteem was really low. I had this buildup and this dark heavy physical but it's also an emotional feeling. My ADHD helped me in some capacity because my restless sort of hyperactive side of me needed me outside. So I actually think that the combination of being outside and walking, constantly walking was probably good for my mental health.
