The Difficulty of Natural Experiments

Hannah Gruber: I recently turned 45 and just a few months before my 45th year birthday, I had a visit with my PCP. He was like, you know, colonoscopy, cancer screening, I'm like, I'm not 45, man. And so I didn't even have to entertain it because I wasn't 45 yet. She says she would rather get hospitalized in May or June than July. But why would you want to expose yourself to that inexperience?
