Meditation - What's a Good Starting Point?
Riimean: What's a good starting point? If you want to try to get rid of the detritus and reduce the white noise and try to seize the moments, where would you start us? Riimean: Well, i was i would start with a little bit of formal mindfulness meditation. I think most people notice that if we're not burdening themselves with lot expectations that their mind's going to go blank, or t this is going to suddenly resolve all their problems,. they start to notice it really does shift my experience.
