i don't think i did it as well as i could have if i had training in elixander technique or something. For the autopilot athlete they never really explicitly or strategically look at what they're doing and like that's limited obviously. So one of the things we do is like yeah repetitions plus basically reflective awareness and reflect it after the fact but immediately when you're back in doing the repetition and trying to let go of all explicit thought and then kind of like keep going there. Some people had some pretty good results with that though i haven't systematically studied how that went.
