What's the Case for Diversity in Dietary Patterns?
There are six essentially different plant basefood groups. Each category does different things and feeds different bacteria. People who eat at least 30 different types of plants per week had better health compared to those who ate the same ten times a week. The key predictor of your health was that diversity of your plans, so it will take quite a long time for research to translate into guide lines.
