Is the Alexandro Technique in the Same Territories?

i've come from, like, primarily a buddhist background. And it seems to me that the alexandro technique stuff that i've been exposed to as sort of pointing in the same direction. With spirituality, sothis same territory, but we don't need these unnecessary social trappings. I think that's probably true. No one should put another human on the pedestal.
