When they started to introduce them, they had a terrible experience with some of the senior most leadership at the company. But it is funny how the pendulum swings. It doesn't swing back to the middle. It has to swing all the way too. Ok? So your leadership must be flawless. You know, hilocrasy might have been bad, but, like abdication, is better than atrociousness.
