Trisha Johnson: Don't overcomplicate it, at least to start. When you're doing research, either in the mode of understanding or just getting the lay of the land,. That is less risky. But then when you cross that line into trying to predict behavior and project opinions at scale, that's when the rigor needs to come in. It's actually going out like understanding your customers in a number of different ways.
