How Do You Retain Advisers?

It really comes down to tax advice and legal. We've done several deals with now they know us. That helps. If you're doing a one off deal, and it's never going to be buying again, e want to get the right team for one deal. But our strategy for the last five or six s has always been to have an on going por deat. So any partners we bring in, wen try and continue to work with. Because by the time they get round th second deal, the third deal, they know where our hot spots are. It makes for far less friction in the deal cycle.
