I think we've all got to be in the driver's seat every time you cannot just be in the passenger seat. And that is why I am so passionate about this because when I was working in geriatric physical therapy, I noticed no one just has type two diabetes. When you're in your 70s and 80s or 90s, they don't just have high blood pressure. They also have low muscle mass and excess body fat. So there's got to be a common denominator here because this pattern is too strong. Otherwise, I wouldn't see these repeated comorbidities on all of these H&Ps. It helps with weight loss resistance, it helps with diabetes prevention
