Consistency Is a Big Thing, Right?

Consistency is one with, you know, that's in the top for ike. But i can't sit and say that consist s in the way most people think of it is that high up, right? Because i know people that have made progress on one training session a week but are very inconsistent. And how that could be applied where i i wonder sometimes, how many people won't train for a two months period of time, or three months, because i'm only going to be able to make it in once every five daysr,. yes, every seven days.
