How to Balance Work and Life

I realized that moving my work outside of regular work hours and sometimes even to the weekend was really affecting the way that I was seeing my time. So instead of saying like oh let's you know block out eight hours of work I was like well I'm going to have a meeting at like 8pm and also you know one at like 8am so my work will be more spread out throughout the day. It was starting to like really fuse my work and my regular life together especially during COVID times where we're working from home all the time. Yeah I think this is definitely something that I've seen pretty commonly amongst the people I know but definitely I have some bad habits that end up making
