The Distribution of Training Intensity

Not evvery runner is going to respond to the same distribution of training intensity in the same way exactly. What we're looking for is the general distribution of whatever training intensity that you're following. As a runner, i get questions about 80 20 a lot but it's a reasonable guide line if you're genuinely in the dark. Anything that gets people to slow down on their easy days i'm cool with.
