I'm Taking the Photos for Free
The photos that you had on the site at that time were just like crappy photos. So therefore no one was booking them. We thought if we just flew out there for a weekend, we could probably take some nicer photos and we wouldn't charge them for it. And so I call this enlightened empathy, which is seeing the world so closely in the shoes of the person that you're creating for. You bring those insights back and you combine it with your own design point of view to create new.
