The Concept of Agency

Agency is the umbrella over these two concepts that we've been talking about which is turning shuds into goods and also asking for help into a helper. It's kind of who's in control and what does it mean to do something so I'll give you another example: If your phone is broken you should do these things well hold on why is it my job to do these things isn't it the company's phone that broke right? So even something as simple as the word you can suggest who's in charge whose responsibility something is and who should take action.
