Can Unloading Shoes Help With Ostoathoratus?

Unloading shoes are made of different densities, so stiffer laterally and more rigid compared to the inner aspect. In a large clinical trial where we got people to wear these unloading shoes for six months, these shoes didn't change pain any more than sort of a conventional walking shoe. The best type of shoe is actually a more stable, supportive shoe that supports the arch of the foot and has cushioning.
