The Importance of Team Performance Outcomes
I think we're in the middle of evolving our performance system. We're moving to a space where we're measuring more on team outcomes and individual outcomes. So there's the behavior that you demonstrate in the way that you deliver your work is actually just as important. It's nice to sort of see that finally evolving, I guess. And some of the old ways die, not very easily, it seems.
