I've read a lot in Buddhism, Taoism, Stoicism, and a bit into Confucianism. I would love to dive more into Zen in particular because it's very South African focused. One of the things for me is like connection, connection is this higher order thing that I think is a lot of meaning and connection. And yet if I am busy working on my own and not connecting with others or sacrificing time with others for my own projects, like, they feel like there's a dissonance there.
