The Great Pandemic Is Movement Snacks

"I've actually modified my training and I'm in my 50s where I'm building in more of that mobility, flexibility training," he says. "You can accumulate a huge amount if you just have those regular little movement snacks." A lot of people are working from home because they don't want to go to the gym or do too much exercise at work. The key is to get off your arse and move throughout the day - 30 seconds to a minute of high intensity exercise followed by some stretching then water.
