How to Keep Moving Between Intervals

For most people, I'd say you want to keep moving just to help remove the toxins. Whether that's walking or running depends on how fast you're running those intervals and how I'll fit you up. Basically what makes you feel best in performing intervals is the way to go. If you do longer via two intervals, then personally I prefer standing around there because they are long enough. That's my take on it.
