There was an episode... and I definitely spoke about this on other things before, maybe even on this show. And it was Hessen Blumenthal making a big Christmas meal for a load of celebs. And the dessert, he had made a ski... a kreske resort kind of, like, scene. When he bit into it and it all just came apart beautifully, I was like, oh my God, I want to eat that.
