Every morning was a BOT Max or fresh old every evening was technique based work. We knew I had a huge engine I didn't really need the endurance, particularly for 1500 metre when you're racing for four hours or eight nine hoursYou do not need any more endurance to do like a 15 16 minute race so that's why all of my training was pretty much based around really getting that speed back. And then in the evening I would either go back to the pool again and do it an easier session or I just to me in the endless pool doing more techniquebased work.
