If you have low APOB levels, and particularly across an entire lifetime below that threshold, it would be we wouldn't see atherosclerosis. This is an important distinction because there's a really important way that we have to think about biomarkers. We know this is going to lead to worse outcomes typically or raises risk. But those themselves shouldn't be thought of in the same way that we think of an elevated APOB where we can see this as a causal in and of itself to drive Atherosclerosis. Those other factors are more going to moderate someone's risk or alter someone's risk if you have higher or lower levels of inflammation or you have differences in endothelial function.
