How to Release the Pressure in Relationships

If you don't release the pressure, you continue feeling the way you do. The person that's repressing these emotions doesn't know ow to vent them or purge them. So it's important they find a different way to do it. But i think the key is you have to remove your filters. You have to remove the belief that you're going to be immoral or disrespectful. Yet, to remove all of that, what's in your mind needs to be unfiltered for this process.
